When you need the full package, this is the service to choose. If required, Excelsior will include floorplans, elevations, site plans, cross sections, and a full tour. We will consult with you to see what your project calls for, and work with you to put together an ideal package of deliverables.
How it Works
Elevation
This is a drafted sideview of your property. For example, if you’re doing a renovation to the front of your home, you will need an elevation for the front. Elevations are exterior only; We can do all sides or just one, depending on your project.
Site Plans
Site Plans are a top view of your entire property/lot. It is used to show where the structures are (where the house is built). It also helps with identifying property lines, trees/landscaping, driveways, and more – all from an overhead view.
Cross Section
A cross section is just as the name suggest, across or a “sliced” view of the property. This is an interior view.
Full Tour
A full tour involves just that – a full view of everything you need.
